we’ll be sharing plenty of opportunities to move your body and mind indoors + out, with sessions designed to fit into the flow of the day.

we’ve got you covered. meals are included, and each day will feature a tailored seasonal menu with plenty of allergy friendly options.

- 4:00 – 7:00pm | arrival

- 12:30pm | guided eco-tour with high rock adventures
- 3:30pm | three limbs of yoga workshop….feel the magic.
- Join Joanie Delph for an experience that is pure yoga. Beginning with a small pranayama practice (breathing techniques), then moving into asana (postures) some slow and some more challenging, ending with sitting-meditation and guided imagery, this class will support you in feeling your best and to shine brightly. Suitable for all beings.

saturday:

- Satya (truthfulness) urges us to live and speak our truth at all times. Living in your truth not only creates respect, honor and integrity but also provides the vision to clearly see the higher truths of the yogic path.

- 2:00pm | afternoon hiking in conkle’s hollow
- 4:00pm | restorative yoga w/ colleen gallick
- 5:30pm | dinner at local restaurant
- 7:00pm | sound bath + self-care session w/ colleen gallick
