Awaken the body and mind for the coming day. Class begins with a gentle warm-up that increasingly intensifies into an invigorating and strengthening flow. Connect movement with breath to energize your body and calm your mind.

deep stretch

gentle  •  flexibility  •  all levels

A slow, gentle practice focused on long-held poses to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. All levels welcome.

energizing flow

This invigorating all-levels class is for the fearless student who seeks challenge and variety in their asana practice. Expect a challenging and dynamic sequence to get you energized and feeling alive.

free spirit flow

Synchronize movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses in this dynamic all levels vinyasa class. Creative sequences will help you build strength, flexibility and more mindfulness both on and off the mat.

ashtanga: modified primary

ashtanga  •  strengthening  •  vigorous

This class offers a lighter version of ashtanga with access to modified postures to suit each individual. ashtanga offers strength-building plus stretching as a vigorous, therapeutic approach toward a healthful, ‘opening’ yoga practice.

flow + restore

Begin with a more active vinyasa flow, strengthening your body and mind. Finishing your practice by restoring your body, leaving you physically and mentally balanced.

soothing flow

Become present as you move through this gentle flow class. Focusing on breath and mindfulness as you move through poses at a slower pace, to help cultivate peace and tranquility in your body and mind.
